Chinese Beauty Scroll Painting – Silk Wall Art – Two Women Bamboo

Rendered on fine silk, two women bamboo makes a striking wall scroll. You notice the two women first, before the smaller details surface. For collectors of gongbi flower painting, distant two women alone makes this scroll worth a look.

It is a fine example of colorful gongbi at its most delicate. The details reward a second look: sprays of bamboo. The bamboo is a symbol of integrity that bends without breaking. The format is the classic one: image above, mounting below and above. The details feel discovered rather than arranged. It has the kind of charm that does not date.

Anyone hunting for asian wall art scroll will find this two women bamboo scroll worth a close look. A thoughtful next piece for anyone collecting oriental home decor, thanks to bamboo in soft focus. In a dining room it brings calm to shared meals. It suits a tea-drinking corner better than almost anything.
