Chinese Beauty Scroll Painting – Silk Wall Art – Two Women Geese

Two women geese takes center stage in this elegant silk scroll. The first thing that catches the eye is the two women. As chinese bird painting scroll goes, hazy two women gives this one real presence.

Colorful gongbi sets the tone here, balanced between detail and open space. The painter adds softly rendered geese and bamboo in soft focus for good measure. In China's symbolic language, the bamboo is a symbol of integrity that bends without breaking. It hangs flat and true, the silk tensioned in the traditional manner. A piece you will still be glad to own years from now. Hang it where you will pass it often; it earns the attention.
