Chinese Painting Scroll – Silk Wall Art – Beauty Bamboo

A fine silk scroll portraying beauty bamboo in the classical Chinese manner. The eye settles first on a beauty in flowing robes. This is traditional chinese figure art at its most charming, thanks to a beauty in quiet repose.

Handled with ink wash, the scene stays fresh on every viewing. Look closely and you will find bamboo in soft focus. The bamboo is a symbol of integrity that bends without breaking, a meaning every viewer would have known. Silk lends the whole image a gentle, light-catching texture. It suits slow mornings and quiet evenings alike. It brings a gallery note to an ordinary wall.

This beauty bamboo scroll belongs on any shortlist of chinese brush painting. Place it beside your other silk scroll wall hanging; delicate bamboo rewards the comparison. In a dining room it brings calm to shared meals. Give it for a housewarming, a birthday, or simply because.
