Flower and Bird Chinese Scroll Painting – Silk Wall Art – Sunflower Hen

Painted on silk and mounted as a hanging scroll, this work depicts sunflower hen. What stands out immediately is a rooster at rest. As chinese flower and bird painting goes, a rooster turning its head gives this one real presence.

Handled with a lively palette, the scene stays close to nature. Do not miss a hen in gentle motion, or a group of chicks tucked nearby. The details reward a second look: delicate sunflower. The result feels like something from a scholar's studio wall. It has the settled look of a piece made to be kept. The artistry is quiet, but it is unmistakably there.

Those who follow silk scroll wall hanging will recognize the quality of this sunflower hen scroll at once. Place it beside your other chinese brush painting; a hen at rest rewards the comparison. It transitions gracefully from apartment to forever home. It keeps good company with ceramics and carved wood.
