Hex "Trap" Bar

The Fringe Sport Hex "Trap" Bar is a traditional closed-frame Olympic hex bar for deadlifts, shrugs and loaded carries. The centered handles let you stand inside the frame and keep the load close to your body.

The bar weighs 45 lb, has dual knurled handle positions, accepts Olympic plates on 2-inch sleeves and has a stated 600 lb capacity. This closed-frame bar is not rackable. If you need an open design, compare the Midas Open Trap Bar.
